Important Information
Student Registration
- Students must provide valid student ID or proof of enrollment
- Student rate applies to full-time undergraduate and graduate students
- Documentation will be verified during registration
IWA Membership
- IWA members must provide membership number during registration
- Not an IWA member? Join IWA to receive the discounted rate
- Membership verification may be required
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations received before November 18, 2025: 80% refund
- Cancellations received between November 18 - December 1, 2025: 50% refund
- No refunds for cancellations after December 1, 2025
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the organizing committee
